High cpu usage from system_server

Hi,

I'm testing CM 13.0-rc1 and RemixOS 3.0.206 on Asus T300 Chi (intel M-5Y10c cpu). I didn't test 6.0-r1 ISO, since I assume RemixOS contains all the fixes from it and more.

One problem that I noticed immediately on both ISOs was the consistently high CPU load. htop shows system_server keeps using 100% of one CPU (screenshot attached). Any ideas how to solve this?

Both shows the same thing. Screenshot was taken on CM13 though.

The difference is his system_server load goes down when playing video, while mine goes down when opening a 3D game (it stays high when playing video).

I've experienced this too on AMD A8 6410.Hope we'll get to know what caused this and fix it in the next build
