I am Currently trying to boot Android-x86 installation disk on a Atom E6xx-EG20T platform using Intel bldk. The Intel bldk uses  Elilo boot-loader modified to handle kernel images larger than 4 mb. I am not able to get anything on my screen But I have a COm port attached and I have added it to the kernel arguments, I think I am doing something wrong here, can you help with it please. I will paste the contents of my folders and elilo.conf below

 elilo.conf :
timeout=0
default=android image=kernel

    label=android
    initrd=initrd.img
    read-only
    append="root=/dev/ram0 androidboot_hardware=generic_x86 acpi_sleep=s3_bios,s3_mode vga=788 initrd=initrd.img SRC= DATA= "

My hdd has folders have files like this:
/
   isolinux(folder untouched)
   initrd.img
   install.img
   kernel
   ramdisk.img
   system.sfs
   TRANS.BL
   efi(folder)/
              oem(folder)/
                       initrd.img
                       kernel
                       ramdisk.img
                       system.sfs
                       install.img

I have copied files twice as elilo wants them in the same folder

I know you need to re-run lilo each time you change the config.

Maybe that's true for elilo too.

Hi Ikem,

I did re-run elilo each time, but the problem doesn't seem to be it.
Its something to do with paramets I pass or something that I am
missing, may be a initrd file or some driver loading for android!
