Touchscreen not working on HP Elitebook 2740p

So I have an HP Elitebook 2740p which has a touch screen w/ stylus
I know that it works as I had been using it on windows 7 and windows 10.
As far as I am aware it is a wacom setup. Can anyone help or is it not set up in the x86 deployments yet
