Bootloop "tsc deadline disabled due to errata" on Android x86-64 7.1 RC2

I have problem with booting 7.1 RC2. On photo Pheonix OS based on 7.1 RC2, but on the original i have same error.
I test 7.1 releases, Android x86_64 7.1 RC1 and Phoenix OS based on 7.1 RC1 work normal (except graphics).
But 7.1 RC2 go to reboot after this error.
