Since the 4.4-r4 still suffers from the hazi font
issue on Intel Gen5 GPUs, the 4.4-r5 is released
to address it.

Credit to Mauro Rossi's effort to fix
the annoying bug.

You are encouraged to update to this release
if you are still affected by the hazi font bug.

Anybody work to do openGL support when running qemu? I look to virgil3D that people said and interested to work with other on thus.
I think this be a good benefit for all on this community if openGL worked on VM running by qemu.

My video card (Quadro K2200) is not working... it seems it's complaining about unable to load firmware fuc409c (is it missing here?).

The system is stuck on the shell with dmesg flooded with nouveau's error messages:
failed to load fuc409c
using external firmware
Direct firmware load for nouveau/nv117_fuc409c failed with error -2
Direct firmware load for nouveau/fuc409c failed with error -2

The same video card worked with the 6.0-20160129 version (using the 4.4 kernel). However, that machine's ethernet was not working in that version, only in KitKat releases.

BTW: What are the reasons once to build ISO, another release IMG ?

Presumably the same reason that bootable images used to have two varieties,
one for USB and one for CD. We had to wait until some clever person wrote a
bootloader which could work with both formats.

A user interface is like a joke.
If you have to explain it, it didn't work.

This has been explained in the release note.
The ISO image now supports EFI since 4.4-r4.
No need to release another EFI image.

I install it to my UEFI disk in an ext4 partition (not formatted by the installer), directly run after installtion works (except for my FocalTech touchpad which requires newer kernel, but I have separate PnP USB wireless touchpad keyboard combo which works), however it doesn't register itself to the EFS partition. Its partition contains android-4.4-r5, grub (which seems to have standard grub 1 files) and lost+found folder. Upon installation this is what I answered:

Do you want to install bootloader GRUB? Yes
Do you want to install EFI GRUB2? Yes
Do you want to format the boot partition /dev/sda1? No
Do you want to install /system directory or read-write? Yes

How can I manually register it to my EFS partition? I have two working Linux installation.
