Phoenix OS or any other version Google Play Service always stops working with a message on the screen!

Hi everyone, I have a problem, I'm trying to install a phoenixOs and whenever I install it, it can be any version to google play stops working, and it displays a message on the screen, as I do not need google play or any service from it as I disable it ? how do I leave my system without google play service? I remember that in the remix I had the option to start without the google play service, and any version of android I have this problem .. the only version of phoenixOs that does not have this problem is version 5.1 however it does not have openGl 17 what causes slowness in the movies ... How would you disable this google play service? or upgrade android 5.1 openhog for 17 ..

I really need this help to continue.
