Hello All / Bryan,
I have downloaded the android-x86 Donut brach, i want to try it on a device which has a Touchscreen - eGalax.
I have built android and tested it on the device, i need to enable support for touchscreen, i know tslib is the place to look for, but
iam not sure how to get started. Is this supposed to be loaded as a kernel module, if yes, how can i build it together with Android ?

Please let me know , how to use it. I went through the README, still not sure how to get started.

Thank you.

Cheers,
Simith

One thing I want let people to know is that the touch screen seems not
working on the Eclair. It may be caused by my mouse merge. Since I'm
little busy with my job and holiday is coming. the earliest time I can
track into it is after the holiday.
For anyone wants to start on it, you can start with enable debug in
KeyInputQueue.java and see if the touch events get pushed to the
WindowManager

With so many theads on this forum on this issue it is hard for me to keep track. If you want help with touchscreen, please search the forum before posting a new thread. I am working on touchsceen in eclair, but like Yi, I have a fulltime job + family. Please stop opening new threads on this issue!
