HP 15 Pentium 3250, 4 GB, works, VirtualBox, Win 8.1, few issues

Works well, was about $270 USD on sale at Best Buy USA.  Touch screen version $100 USD higher.  Sorry I did not see that model.  Some data below.  If a developer is interested I can generate a system information file for direct email to that person.  Some HP models, x360, fold over into a tablet use 3250 or i3 CPUs & touchscreen.  About $420 USD.

Goal: In class(it's allowed) run LectureNotes or similar App using Wacom Professional small size pen-tablet, sound record lecture (LectureNotes App), sync to cloud afterwards.

To get faster performance want to try Xen, VMware, & Hyper-V to see how they might work.  Then Win 8.1 & Android-x86 are both guest OSs.  Performance can then be allocated as needed.

Looking for small silent keyboard, classmates complain about the HP keys being too loud in class.

Annoyances:

The V-Box mouse requires Ctrl-i to go into & out of the V-Box's VM.

Synaptics touchpad works like a mouse

Usable but would like more speed
