to Android-x86
I've just installed Android-x86 4.4 to a netbook with a 64Gb SSD. In Settings, the system recognises that it has 58Gbs of storage free, but it won't grant any access to the SD card (an 8gb SD in the card reader slot) - it says:
"this operation requires elevated permissions. Try changing to Root Access mode".
Also, clicking Mount SD in Settings does nothing. In Developer Options, I can't see any Protect SD Card option either.
This is causing an issue, as music apps such as Sony Music and Black Player aren't finding any media on the hard drive (even though it's there), and this is my only practical way of transfering media between devices. Any help?
