Is there any way to add Android-x86 to the BCE record, like done at
https://www.iceflatline.com/2009/09/how-to-dual-boot-windows-7-and-linux-using-bcdedit/
for Ubuntu, and be able to boot and use Android-x86 without GRUB installed in EFI partition
