Turning on "force gpu rendering" in dev settings gets many apps working.
Will have to poke around in my bios for an option that works, sleep or hibernate is the only thing that keep it from being ready for "normal use", at least for my systems.
Thanks for posting that you can get sleep working, it never occurred to me as it was reported as not working in the errata.

Hi,
I download the 4.2 version of android and install it on my pc with Intel Core 2 Quad Core and it is really fast. What I found out on this 4.2 version that is missing or not anymore functioning are the following:
FYI:
Sleeping mode - (only works when I set in the BIOS S1 on suspend mode).
Sound problem (don't know if this is about the wireless connection since when I disable and enable it, sound is okay again. The music is in the network using UPNP)
No modem detected anymore (in 4.0, when I plug in a usb modem, it works right away).
Start only with video=LVDS-1:d on my other intel machines
The screensaver function that works fine under ICS doesn't work anymore
Not all Google's Applications work with this version.
Ethernet is working but the option is not in settings anymore
Bluetooth is not working
Tethering is not working anymore
Mute button doesn't work on the keyboard
When more users are added, the other user get an error when they want to access the settings
Was not able to find any usb webcam on the market that works with this version, any suggestions?
Can't play any HD on YouTube.
No sound when using HDMI cable for video and sound.
The size of the time at startup screen is to big
So far that is what I can find. If you guys already encountered this problem or any suggestions on how to fix those mentioned above.
btw, not a linux guru.
thanks.
