Android-x86 6.0-r3 full root upon boot

Hello,
any one can suggest how to make full root on android x86?
last revision has issues with permissions for dex2oat for example:
05-18 23:54:18.758 4940 4940 E dex2oat : Failed to create oat file: /data/dalvik-cache/x86/system@priv-app@Download...@DownloadProvider.apk@classes.dex: Permission denied

Android x86 is pre-rooted.
Is this a live boot or installed ?
As long as everything works, it's probably safe to ignore these errors.

its installed image.
its prerooted, yes, i even tried to recompile as -eng variant.
Root functioning fine - no doubts,
but none of apps can be compiled with dex2oat during boot time.
And this is not a thing to "safe to ignore", unfortunately.

How did you get these errors?
Probably your /data is broken?
Are you still able to boot to home?

I didn't see such errors in 6.0-r3, either
in a live mode, or on an installed system.
