launcher restart and wifi shutdown

Hi, im run ing with Android 9.0 r2 and after a few minutes, The launcher restart and the wifi shutdown. I cant turn on it. I must reboot Android to have wifi but The problem Repeats repeatedly. How can i résolve thé problem ? Thanks

Hi, 

Do you means the surfaceflinger restarts? If yes that this is expected as surfaceflinger restarts netd. Can you post logcat?

What is your device?

Are you seeing that the WiFi network is in the list of known networks but you cannot connect?
