Anybody tried this? How about using Xen? I haven't found a single resource online for using Windows as a host for Xen. QEMU works but doesn't support OpenGL or virglrenderer which makes graphics acceleration kinda slow on Windows than Linux

can you does not support GL acceleration on Windows hosts. cpu accel should work with haxm or whpx, but do take note, whpx seems be very unstable. when on a windows host, I would reccomend virtual box or vmware for a hypervisor. supposedly Hyper-v for windows will be getting a paravirtualized gpu in the future, but I do not know much about it.

That's sad. It means currently there is no way to get high performance 3D acceleration like Linux on Windows

IF 3d acceleration on windows is a big deal for you, either wait for WSLg + opengl accel to roll out in wsl,

Another thing you COULD try is -vga vmware, but im not sure it will work and have doubts

you will also want to use HAXM if you have intel or WHPX if you have amd.

Expect graphical issues while booting, and maybe some while running

Does VMware's 3D acceleration support not work for you?

I can't use Android x86 on VMware, it simply doesn't boot

If VMware workstation and -vga vmware is same (i guess) then yes you are correct. Android x86 doesn't show anything, its just a black screen
I intend to use it for games like PUBG which won't probably run as well with -vga qxl and others. I tried to cross compile QEMU for Windows as well with OpenGL and virgl support but it didn't work out, some dependencies had no mingw equivalent packages and that process started becoming overwhelming

Was that with the normal ISO or the k49 one? Apparently the latter is the one supposed to be used with VMware.

Thanks! I tried the k49 ISO and the UI is butter smooth. Can you tell me why an older kernel works but a newer one cannot? Also I can't seem to use a bridged network or host one, only NAT works

Also is there any way I can achieve this on Virtualbox?

The error happened because you had an x86 machine instead of arm and subway surfers was able to detect this I don't know whether you have the native bridge enabled or not but if you do this was MOST LIKELY BASED ON MY OPINION done by the creators of the game for maybe some legal reasons.

Native bridge enabled or not doesn't make a difference, the only game I could run was Rider. Not even CoDm could run. But I could run Subway Surfers on BlissOS
