Touchscreen isn't working on Android x86 7.1-r2

Hello there!, I'm running Windows with Android. The touchscreen works fine in Windows but in Android, Doesn't work. I tapped everywhere on the screen, no respond. 

Other then that, Wifi,Sound,Mouse,Keyboard and others do work. My Windows tablet is a Insignia Flex. My touchscreen driver is, HID-compliant touchscreen

That means there is no linux driver for your touchscreen.
At least, no driver in the mainline kernel.
You may google to see if any driver is available.
If yes, we may add it in the future.
Or you may ask your vendor to provide it.

My cube mix plus (i18-Dl) (Elan touchpad) sleep properly on 7.1 r2 (kernel 4.9.95), the screen went off and wifi hibernated
but in oreo rc1 cannot sleep, the screen wont turn off and went resuming from black screen the touchscreen doesnt work
