Hello as i stated i have a rca cambio w101 v2 with windows 10 and I installed android-x86_64-6.0-r1.iso to hard drive. Now i am unable to boot into windows. I tried looking up command line's to figure out how, in the process i do know i didnt delete my main drive. I found hd0,1 - 5 and 2 HD sections on the tablet and do not know which one is my partition with windows. As i am writting this I think 3 ( or 1 )is because when I resized my partition there was the inital section and one labeled "other" which i have no idea what it is and then there was the storage used for windows. with so many choices , about 5, when i installed X86 i had to reformat the section to ext4 so i would know which one i needed.

Ok back to why I am here asking for help.
I do now know how to boot back into windows. I am not a grub-linux command line expert so please if your wiling to help. Remember i lost my dummy guide to linux book. I am unsure how the process of chainloading is done if that is what I need to do.

So basically how do i find out which is the partition i need and what to do from there.

Thanks in advanced

also if anyone can be so kind as to tell me which X86 i need to use with the Intel Atom Z3735 baytrail

The one i installed rarely boots up to Android. Assuming older version of android would be less system hog 5.0 or 4.4 would be nice.

Thanks again, Matthew
what I lack in linux i can make up with not knowing when to stop typing.

Best Bet is to download a Linux Live CD, Load Up Gparted, You should be able to Determine your WIndows install by Name/Size/Etc....

Assuming you don't have access to another computer you should be able to repair the MBR here: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/repair-master-boot-record-mbr-windows

When your done with that Download Grub2Win (On C:), And Ext2Fsd, Ext2Fsd is a windows program that lets you read/write to the EXT 4 partition, But also lists the Partitions..

Grub2Win, Load it up (Your Win 10 Boot will already be there) add your X86 Installed partition save it (Green screen when all applied means it worked), Then search here for the proper Grub entries for X86.  Load "grub.cfg" find your X86 Entry and copy past the Info from here there. save, reboot...

Nice thing about doing it this way, Is your NOT anywhere near your Windows MBR, So When you reboot you'll Have "Windows" and "Grub2Win" Clicking Grub2Win will give you WIndows and X86 Install...

Personally what I'd do, Is Download a Linux DIstro, Burn it to a USB (Or Use DriveDroid on the PlayStore the have a Mint Image in The DL of the APP), Boot into it, and Install on the USB, Then Install GRUB Customize, And do the same as Grub2WIn...

I Have BOTH, So I have a Grub2 Boot That has Windows,Linux, X86, and Grub2Win, Which has The Same, As it's ALOT easier fixing Grub2 (For me)...

All This information, AFTER I've done NUMEROUS Format C: back in the day, Unfortunately made me REAL GOOD with Grub(s)

Hope it helps.

Hey I Just noticed Ext2Fsd Doesn't show the correct (Linux) partition tables... SO DON'T Go By That...

Just Restore your WIndows 10 BCD, Then Install Grub2WIn to boot your X-86 Partition...

MY X86 Grub Customizer (Linux Mint)

set root='hd0,msdos5'
linux /android-4.4-RC2/kernel quiet root=/dev/ram0 androidboot.hardware=android_x86 SRC=android-4.4-RC2
initrd /android-4.4-RC2/initrd.img

Thank you for your reply, I will definitely do that once I am able to.
The problem I have with a Live disk is I have no clue how to run it with Grub.
With the fix Windows 10 MBR, I have yet to be able to use any short cut key or function on the Tablet to access the UEFI.

Sorry for the new post "edit"
Advice on how to unbrick my Tablet is what I am asking. I would try to use Android to figure out or go around grub. But android-x86_64-6.0-r1.iso  is not functioning enough to do anything when it does boot up on my device. So as far as I know Grub is my only option

Thanks  :)

Will someone assist me please.
I can not seem to find the proper info by the time I get close to figuring out the proper grub commands I get major headaches and dizzy etc etc (due to cancer)  I tried to figure this out on my own I am sure there is many people here who can either send me to the right website or the right codeing i need.
