Play Store will always download APK with binaries that are native to
device's platform (x86 in our case) if such APK is available. This is by
design.
There's no way to change this because Play Store is a proprietary
application.
You can always download APK file with ARM binaries using some kind of
APK downloader and sideload it to your device.
