Hi @ all,

I just bought a Terra Pad 1050 Windows 7 Tablet (German Device,
probably not known in US etc.) - but same Device as Viewpad 10, KCSpad
p10t and just installed several Versions of Android 2.2 X86.
Everything works fine but when I activate WIFI it just says "error".
I've read that i have to deactivate LAN first before activating WIFI
but LAN isnt active at all.

Is there anybody who has the same Problem or someone who fixed this? I
also tested several ISOs from http://android-x86.moonman.dk/ but no
success. It would be really cool if someone could help.

Thanks!

Hi,

i tried all images you can imagine but still i have no wifi - just
error. I tried the newest version of ubuntu (just for fun and to see
whether my wifi card is damaged) - and wifi is activated immediately.

I dont know what to do else. Nearly everyone says it works fine, some
other say you have to push the third button to acitvate the wifi
hardware, some other say you have to boot windows - activate wifi -
reboot to android and then it works. but that cant be a solution -
ubuntu works fine.

anyway i think the android x86 story is a waste of time - i guess i
will buy an arm-tablet and wont have problems. It could have been
really nice with windows 7 and android but that just doesnt work
bugless.
