I was trying to install android x86 (downloaded from android-x86.org), but my tablet flip vertical every time, and make installation process impossible. Text just break into single pixels. is there any "vertical"
installer? Sorry for my bad english.

This is a very common issue for tablet computers, where they made it so that the default orientation is vertical. I think there would be no fix for this sadly.

Same thing happens to my tablet. I had to go into init.sh to modify the content to get it to recognize the accelerometer and line up the screen correctly. Do you know which sensor is in your device? May need to install Ubuntu or Windows 10 to figure that out first.

Can you even get pass the install screen and get it configured? The other thing I noticed is that you have to turn on auto orientation after finishing the Google setup wizard. But from your picture, it seems to be having some kind of graphic issues. The init.sh file is inside Android, you either edit it after install or you pull down the source code, modify it, and build your own install ISO file.

From the sound of it, the default ISO image you downloaded is not compatible with the graphics card or something else is wrong. If you can't install that mean you can get into Android and download any kind of text editor to make changes to init.sh. Not sure how else you would edit it beside doing it by downloading the source files and compiling your own custom image. Do you have a spare machine to install Ubuntu or have enough memory (16GB or more) to build a virtual machine with Ubuntu and try to compile your own image? You will need to figure out the exact hardware the tablet is using, you can do that by looking at Windows 10 Device Manager.

I think the only fix for this is to install Android manually via Windows.
