I run Android-x86 in virtual box..
how to get the IP Address?

I want to use "putty" to link the Android-x86 from local OS.

Another way to get a remote terminal on your android-x86 is to use adb.

In out/host/linux-x86/bin (if you built from source) you should find adb. Type './adb connect ip-of-your-android:5555' (without quotes) then after it says that it started the server, type './adb shell' (again, without quotes).
