Hi, I am new to this project.
Is the android-x86 project designed for PC/Windows to run android on it? Or also mobiles with x86 architecture.

The mobile x86 CPU needs additional firmwares and proprietary libraries
that are unavailable to the public.

It's for normal x86 PC/notebook/netbook/tablet.
