Hi i´m new here,

I´m looking a way to install gapps on a version of Android 8.1 x86, but i can´t find the way to enter on the recovery mode. I had already tried the recovery protect of zefie*, but it doesn't start me correctly, or i'm making a mistake. So i have 2 questions:

1) ¿How i can install TWRP or recovery on a iso of Android x86? if someone have an iso with a recovery already installed, i will appreciate a lot :D

2) ¿or if exist a way to incorporate gapps on a iso of android x86?

There is no recovery mode in Android-x86. Looking back at the mailing list, there was an attempt here (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/android-x86/TZlAFbjavKg), but the project has apparently abandoned.

The ISO downloadable from Android-x86 web site already have gapps integrated. If you're using them, you don't need to do anything. If you're creating your own build, then you need to do it yourself. It's obviously possible, as the default ISO do include gapps. I've never done it myself, but I suppose you need to use something like OpenGApps (https://opengapps.org/).

Michael.
