Help needed in starting the GUI from command prompt

Hi
I have installed Android 8.1 to my Oracle Virtual Box. Starts up okay into the command prompt. But I was hoping it would then startup the GUI as in typical for tablets.
Anyone clues anyone?

It would start automatically.

If not, that means your device is not supported.
