Hello
I can't boot on a Nuvision tm818 tablet, which has a Z3735G intel atom. I can't disable the EFI boot because it blocked, so the only way to boot is by .img images.
but the problem is when booting it stays in " Detecting android-x86.... found at /dev/sda1" and freezes there.
debug mode shows "fb: switching to inteldrmfb from EFI VGA" and it freezes there, so I figured it's graphics driver problem. not work boot with "nomodeset" or "xforcevesa" (if they were really helpful).
I tried with all versions of android that support efi and all do the same. I hope someone can help me please.
Pd: sorry if my grammar in english fails (i speak spanish).

Baytrail tablets have driver issues with Ax86 I hope you get the help you need but I have benn trying for the past year to get help with the sound drivers. My best advice is check out XDA forums.
For what its worth here is a guide to disable secure boot although from your post it sounds like you went to bios and tried to and it was blocked or greyed out or somthimg

If you want help running Linux on baytrail speak to the chip OEM i.e. Intel or feel free to create open source drivers yourself

Thanks for the reply. I will check on the xda forums to see if I give something. with the efi boot, I could access the bios, but not even the menu "boot" or the option to disable secure boot appears. Anyway thank you very much.
