Android-x86 on a Samsung Slate 7 pc

I am able to get the application Generic-r2.2 to run but I would like
to know..

Is theis the best version to use with this machine ?
How do I get the power off dialog ?
What do I need to do to have the application fill my 11.6 inch wide
screen on this device ?

Hi,

I also have a XE700T1A Samsung Series 7 Slate PC and interested to get Android working on it.

I managed to install android-x86-4.0-asus_laptop-20111209.iso but I have no wifi and no touch input (only USB keyboard)

Please share if you find anything more

I've a XE700T1A too, I think what we need is the combination of
android-x86-4.0-asus_laptop (seems running quite smooth) & Generic X86
(touch screen) .

trying to compile one by myself...
