android-x86_64 6.0-rc1 stuck at android logo

i installed android-x86_64 6.0-rc1 on my Viglen Connect 10
after installing it on the whole HDD in GPT ext4 with EFI GRUB
when i boot it i get the ANDROID logo and then it sticks if i hit ALT+F1 i shows "getprop not found"
if i load debug it loops the following
init: Starting service 'installd'...
init: Service 'installd' (pid ####) exited with status 1
init: Service 'installd' (pid ####) killing any children in process group
