Installer GUI like Ubuntu

Can some one make an installer like have Ubuntu or Fyde OS because the 10th gen and later just like make blank screen if need to show CMD commands and other stuff and the GRUB installation is considerated as a CMD and so its impossible to install so an some one pls create an app or something like did Fyde OS?
