Hi there!
I can't look on topics "how to install xposed w/o recovery"... That's at least boring.
Wait
a second, that's nothing. I saw already 4/3 topics that contains
sestence like "how to install N preview on android x86". This is
impossible, but we can edit android to look like nougat - based on
developer previews. Release will be available really soon[AOSP], but even if
the release roll out to us... android x86 will stuck in marshmallow for a
while yet.
These really easy steps should help some people.
So.. here we go.
1. Download xposed.zip (a little edited by me) [tested on few devices] Probably not working on x86_64 version.
We
can't install xposed x86 directly, because of mismatch in build.prop -
it says, that processor is armv7, so... I removed few "if" to avoid
error.
HERE
2. Download Marshmallow rc1 build.
HERE
3. Download additional files.
HERE
N-ify
Installation:
1. Create bootable USB disk and lnstall android x86 (It's not necessary to explain)
2. Copy all downloaded files into your USB media except the android image which you copied already.
3. If you're done... reboot firstly(!!!) to avoid bootloops...
4. plug a pendrive and copy:
Xposed.zip -> Download(whenever you want)
N-ify - > Same as above
Nougat navigation bar -> Same as above.
Xposed Installer - > Same as above...
Nougat default wallpaper - > you know what to do
5. Install root browser(or other app) and extract xposed.zip
6. Open Terminal Emulator app or plug a keyboard and type ALT+F1(to back: type ALT+F7/8)
7. Type su and navigate to your folder using 'cd'.
8. Write few commands:
cd Xposed
sh flash-script.sh
