BT is not working on Kernel 4.16 and opengapps related question and else.

Q1 : 

BT module is not working on kernel version 4.16.

One of my MOBO is coffee lake system. Next MOBO.

This mobo has WIFI/BT module, Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 card.

Kernel I have used is this repository.

Q2 : 

(I think it is opengapps related problem) “google play developer service keeps stopping”. 

I don’t know why but this message occur frequently when network is unstable. I want to know Can I disable(or remove from bulid target) it and makes it never shown? 

I don’t know what 'google play developer service’ actually do. But I think it is not so important for me. How can I remove it from build target or makes it retry with some sleep second without ask anything.

Q3 : 

I want to add function to my setting APP and makes it possible to control priority of sound output device. In my system, SPDIF out and analog out and HDMI out can be candidate of sound output. Now, I control priority by restore state of alsa. But I don'w want to do this every time.

Recently, many PC has many sound output devices. So, I think this function can be useful. And there is lots of questions like "HDMI output is not working." 

Which layers I have to understand?

1. I have to understand relation between device file name and actual device name.

2. I have to know detailed parameters and settings of device.(alsa state)

3. I have to know how setting app(jave code) can change system state. (Ex : Can java code execute other scripts?)

I will check commit history of setting APP.

Please advise me related to do this issue.
