Lockdown Android devices with restricted access to selected applications.

Hi everyone, I would like to help the staff, I would like to know if there is any way to block my android application so nobody can close it, because when you touch the screen with gestures the menu below appears with the possibility of closing the application and also clicking on home top menu is also possible to access wi-fi and other options .. I've seen some applications like SureLock for Android that do just that, but all are paid, I did not want to have to pay per month to have this feature, I already tried in my project insert some code but does not have that power to close the application as your was a parental control .. Is there any application that does this for free or some way to do this on android?
