Keyboard locks on instal

Installing android on to a HDD from a USB.I get to the first screen, and am able to select "Install Android to Harddisk" The next screen comes up for me to select a partition to install to. Now I cant do anything. Can't make a selection, can't enter, can't move the cursor. Nothing. Please help.
