Hello,
when trying to activate the Hotspot, the system stays forever on "turning on...". Should this work?
I only found threads from 2014/2015 discussing difficulties to implement a universal solution.
The workaround of Praveera M (https://groups.google.com/d/msg/android-x86/tkzbXfJZI_I/8uEDvIPsKpgJ) doesn't seem to be functional any more as the mentioned source files to be modified do not exist.
