Vmware. Android x86 4.4 R3

Hi. I have been trying to install Android x86 4.4 R3.iso on VMware 11.
Each time i fail. The android does not boot after install.
Any help would be appreciated

Did that. Now even when the install is successful. Pointer isn't displayed in VM.
My pc spec:
i5 3330 3.3 GHZ

Nvidia gt 740 2GB oc
8 gb ram..

The emulation of vm is buggy. as in screen turns black on certain areas. like play store search box

Try Right-CTRL I to get the cursor showing.

this doesn't work. VMware 11 says, that 3d acceleration is not supported for this OS, and after booting you have a black screen only (with or without 3d).

On VMware 10, android boots successfully, but still with "black screen" issues.

So, the problem is in gpu driver.

I tried VMware Workstation 12 and am stuck at the Intro screen since the cursor does not show up/work. I checked the VMX file and enable3d is set to true, so I'm not too sure how accurate the GUI is.
