did I miss the description for key-layout?
I could not find a key for volume up an down.

the kl files in /system/usr/keylayout show
key 113 VOLUME_MUTE
key 114 VOLUME_DOWN
key 115 VOLUME_UP

do I still have to issue the shell command: alsa_amixer cset numid=1
31 ?

how can I activate the keys?

These keys are in EeePC keyboard:
Fn-F7, F8, F9, some models are
Fn-F10, F11, F12.

Some notebooks also have volume
adjustment hotkeys.

You can also adjust by
Settings -> Sound & display settings -> Media volume

What is the replacement key or option for sound keys on a normal pc
without the Fn key?

sometimes: "Left <Ctrl> + Left <Alt> pressed together" is reported
or
Dell notebooks make use of the <SCROLL LOCK> as replacement for the
<Fn> key

What files would I have to change, to activate F? keys for sound. or
replace the Fn key with the <scroll lock> key for a normal pc
keyboard?

I use a normal pc. The rear sound jack and the frond sound jack depend
both on the 'Front Playback Volume' setting of alsa_amixer.
After reboot, the 'Front Playback Volume' is reset to 0 so persons
installing android x86 on a normal pc will nothing hear.
Is this an android problem and will I have to post this to the android
platform group or is this an android x86 issue?

Of course you can use any key you like.
Just change the second column to the scancode
of the key you want.
