No, it would not work. I had an HP Envy X2 which has similar specs and it requires a 32bit UEFI to boot.

Android-IA uses 64bit UEFI only.

this is a tablet based on Intel Atom Z2760 Clovertrail, SoC, x86 ufi. all linux stuk at boot kernel, because of the video drivers and power management. android IA (for W700) requires x64 efi and some other things. It does not work. android x86 has no compatible drivers. not work as well. try windows 10 preview. you can not. not yet.
