How To Set Android 6.0 Sleep On Power Button - Nougat Wont Sleep With Touch Connected

Hi, I Managed To Set The Power Button To Send The System To Sleep In Nougat, But Nougat Causes An Issue Where The System Can Not Sleep When The Touch Screen Is Connected
(See Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgC2W2Z4OD0). I Have Tested 6.0 And When I Send The System Sleep Time Out To A Quicker Time 30Secs It Sleeps Fine

But How Do I Set The Power Button To Sleep On A Single Press Of The Power Button & Wake On Another ?

Poweroff.doubleclick=1 (Works On Nougat But Not 6)
Sleep.earlysuspend=2 (Works On Nougat But Not 6)
