How to install WiFi driver with Terminal?

I got android 4.4 r2 and my wifi does not work. This is my wifi driver https://github.com/hadess/rtl8723bs/archive/master.zip
Its a realtek wifi.
My device is the hp stream 7

Use this Image and you have Wifi.

this build doesn`t have rtl8723bs drivers (kernel modules). Do you have another build to try? a link, please.

I have tested many builds of android x86 on my HP stream 7 and this one https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/android-x86/0aj8RZbRCic is the only one I could find that is stable and has working wifi. the touchscreen has an issue that will make one touch register as several touches in quick succession so to toggle wifi and do other things you'll want to use a mouse and keyboard.
