How to enable Bluetooth adapters on Android 4.4

When I click the Bluetooth button it goes to on, turning on, then turns right back off.

Is there a way to enable or fix this?

This means your BT device has incorrect drivers or is not supported. 
I see that you replied in another topic. So try to apply the patch
