Problem after installing genymotion

I installed Android-x86 on virtualbox without any problem.
but when i tried Genymotion, the previous Andoid-x86 runs with errors.
at start up it says:
UIDs on the system are inconsistent, you need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable.
also some of the apps on previous Android-x86. for example whatsapp says:
You have a custom ROM installed. Custom ROMs can cause problems with WhatsApp Messenger and are unsupported by our customer service team.
How can I restore the ROM to default???
Please help.....

Ignore that
Userdebug builds are detected as "Custom ROM's"
