No Bluetooth on Android 6.0

I'm using an HP Stream x360 11-p007la.
When I turn the Bluetooth on, the switch moves but it just stays there for a few seconds before it goes back to off. And when it does say it's on (which happens like 1/5 of the time), it won't detect any device at all.
I already tried on 6.0-r3 and 6.0-r2 (currently using the latter one).
How can I fix it?
