how can I run direclty androidVNC

Hi everybody,
I have a problem. I want to execute AndroidVNC directly, for example
with a script or something like this.
What I want is to execute AndroidVNC with his file .xml where I keep
the variables connection but I don`t want to enter in this application
and import the file... etc.
I thought do an sript or something but I don´t get to execute this app
from terminal.

I don´t know if my explication is good. Sorry.
