Licence for repackage and publish on other market (amazon for example)

Hi,

I would like to take the version of android vnc viewer (with no change) and publish it for other store: amazon store, nokia store.

It will be free.. but I see the licence is GPLV2 so I should be able to do it.

Is it possible? Or not?
