Size issue with the received T-shirt

Hi,

First of all, I have received the t-shirt, thanks for that. But there is issue with the size.

I selected S where the size is 47 x 67 cm as captured below:

I did receive an S labelled T-shirt, but the size is way too small. It's just about 42 x 63 cm as you can see from the photos below. It's even smaller than the original stated XS. Can I get a replacement? Is there an updated size chart? Please respond and then I will provide more personal information.
