Why does the Triode Spotify plugin not work in squeezer?

Hi, I have tried squeezer and orangesqueeze apps on my Samsung S4.

Both apps work, but on squeezer I cannot control the Triode Spotify plugin. It works fine on orangesqueeze.

I open squeezer
Go to my squeezebox player
Choose my apps
Choose Spotify
The next page shows but it is blank, there are no entries on it.

In orangesqueeze...
Choose my player
Choose my apps
Choose Spotify
Then all the spotify options show.. Top 100 etc, and I can play music.

Any ideas?

I can also use Spotify from hardware squeezebox 3, joggler with squeezeos.

Broadly, I think it's down to https://github.com/nikclayton/android-squeezer/wiki/Apps-support-in-Squeezer. It's on the todo list, but we're a volunteer project with limited time.
