Is Send/Expect dead (abandonware)?

The support website points to a google sites page that is now 404 missing, and there hasn't been an update to the code since early 2017.

I still use Send/Expect multiple times per day for integration with numerous embedded systems, but was curious what it's status is.

It'd be a shame if it were, since it's extremely useful plugin for tasker integration. I'm not a Java developer, but would love to see this app live on.

I am glad that it is useful to you. For the past two years has been freely available, as an app/plugin, in the Google play store, and will remain so until Google/Android breaks it. But I am no longer working on it.

Also, Google killed of the original support site earlier this year. The new one can be found at:

Yeah, when I try that link you included, I get a 404, site not found. Which is what made me wonder about the project status :) See the attached screenshot
