Overclock not overclocking :P any ideas?

Hey there I have a question... I'm using overclock widget and I have
been rooted... when I try to over clock it it says settings have been
set but they never change... still just at 500... I want to take it to
800. Any reason why this could be happening?

If you want to oc to 800, you need a special tweak rom from alldroid
