Overclock Widget sets frequency arbitrarily

G1, CM6 RC1, just installed and the Overclock Widget sets frequency
seemingly randomly. Sometimes 528000, sometimes 245760 or lower.
Seems to happen more when the battery is low, but I set it and it goes
back. Is this expected? Thanks!
