Small Screen with Capacitive Touch

Dears,

We tried the RPI3B with Android build from https://raspbian-france.fr and it was okay on an HDMI-TV, our project requires a small touch screen (3.5 inch or smaller) preferably to be capacitive not resistive. Any advice how to find one and would it work with Android on the Pi ?
