Is it possible to make pi zero w run one single dedicated apk?

Hello everyone.  I am interested in having a pi zero w solely run the Alfred home video security android app (or even, dare i say it... the ios app if i must!)  Trying to use the zero as the camera end , and fastened to my door peep hole as a sort of incognito ring peephole cam, then have the viewer on my phone as usual.   Is anything such as this possible>
