unfortunately, if you want android than android 2.3 is your friend 😀

**however** the pi zero 2 w came out about a week ago

it is a raspberry pi 3 but with 512mb of ram, it should run lineage 14.1

I tried running Lineage 14.1 on the Zero 2W and I just got stuck at the splash screen, so it doesn't work sadly.
